Il tempo di caricamento del video è indicato dal buffer: accertarsi che abbia raggiunto il 100% e attendere qualche istante.

La velocità di caricamento è soggetta alla banda disponibile al momento della fruizione.

Possono verificarsi dei rallentamenti in caso di congestione della rete.

E' possibile scegliere la lingua audio prima o durante la riproduzione del filmato. Cliccare sulla bandierina
della lingua da riprodurre in qualsiasi momento.

Se fosse installato sul computer una barra di Explorer (Yahoo, Google, ecc.) accertarsi di aver disattivato la protezione dai pop-up,
nel caso la finestra non dovesse aprirsi correttamente.

In caso sia installato sul computer un firewall, accertarsi che sia abilitato ad accettare file video (file con protocollo mms).
Se necessario contattare l'amministratore di rete.
